Stephany Wasson
Dear Whiteman Families,
My name is Stephany Wasson. This will be my twenty-fourth year in education. This is my eighth year in administration. Prior to that, I taught at the elementary level for 16 years. In 2000, I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education from Central Missouri State University, now UCM. I earned my Master’s Degree in Elementary Administration in 2004 and my Ed. Specialist Degree in Superintendency in 2013, both through William Woods University.
I grew up in Belton, MO where I graduated high school. My husband, Aric, and I live in Warrensburg and have two great kids, Arynn and Kasen. As a family, we enjoy spending time outside, camping and seeing our kids find their passion with activities they have come to love!
I am honored to serve the Knob Noster School District as the Principal at Whiteman Elementary. I am eager to work with all the students and families that make up our school. Partnering with families is one of the most important aspects of student success. Together we can help each student set goals for personal growth in an effort to reach their individual potential.
I look forward to another exciting year of learning!
Mrs. Stephany Wasson
